Hello one and all,
The last few weeks have been quite hectic here, with three papers due in for the Masters (happily all submitted on time), rifle shooting continuing as normal (just 5 of the unsupported leagues left) and my waging war on the Council (more later, I promise).
In other news I've also been voted in as Treasurer of the new Postgraduate business society (although we're not calling it that) and have been kept occupied helping various people with things ranging from researching British Telecom to downloading audio books from audible.com.
I've been on holiday from the 19th, and will return to studying full-time on 02 February, with exams from the 19th to 26th January inclusive. In the meantime, I've started a much-needed revamp of the
PatwaNet website, which I leave you to browse on your own at your leisure.
I'm feeling comfortably full and tired now, so I'll leave you here with promises of a more comprehensive update later in the week (a promise I will keep this time!). In the meantime, I wish everyone around the world the very best of the season, Merry Christmas to those celebrating (already and yet to come), Happy New Year Hijri 1430H this Saturday (27th December) and a Happy New Year 2009 which of course falls on 01 January, 2009.
As I said to my uncle Hamza whose birthday it is today, eat well, sleep well, don't work too hard, and above all, HAVE FUN!
